So I am going to start giving a weekly update of as much info as I can take in on all of the events going down with class of 2013. And I guarantee a loss of information from the original info I receive so the news is brief!!!
So here are some of the updates from last week:
1. Medical Informatics: Starts Oct 5. See your e-mail from Erin Watson for your group and room location
2. Canadian Blood Services Presentation: 12:30 October 5 in B450. Find out about blood donation and hear from a stem cell recipient!
3. MD management info lunch: Monday, Oct 5 12:30-1:30pm, room B3. Lunch provided. Reply to carolyn.korpach@cma.ca
4. Anatomy clicker quiz: To be administered October 5 in class, covers lecture 2 &3.
5. SMSS Position Elections: Deadline to apply with a 350 word statement on why you want to do position X and why you would be good at it is October 9 at 4pm. Speeches will be made October 13 at 12:30pm. Positions were e-mailed to us in a Word document. E-mail Tanner your submissions: tsg450@mail.usask.ca
6. SWITCH Fun Run will take place Oct 18: Registration forms are available at SWITCH (costs $5), and if you submit form and donations (>$20) by Oct 13, you get a T-shirt guaranteed!
7. Making the Links: Applications due Oct 30. Presentation on MTL student experience will take place October 21, 12:30-1:30pm in A226.
8. The College of Medicine's Internationalization Committee, together with Health Everywhere, are pleased to host the 2009 Global Health Fall Presentations by students and faculty. Visit www.medicine.usask.ca/international for details about each presentation.

10. We have mod 2 embryo points of clarification on blackboard from Malin- check your blackboard e-mail
11. Our December exam schedule was released! It was e-mailed to us by Michelle on Sept. 24
