Med Date Auction [IMPORTANT]

Dear actors/singers/dancers/helpers/friends,

1. Please provide either Kaleigh or Karl with a (very) brief written explanation of what you and/or your group is doing on stage, including a title for your act if there is one.  This will be used to introduce your and/or your group.  Secondly, this short write-up needs to include your "date" plan - i.e. what you will do for the person who "bids" on you.  Kaleigh and Karl will read this while "auctioning" you off.  They will need these by TOMORROW (TUESDAY, NOV. 3RD).  
2. Music or visual aids - anyone who is using a music or digital file in their act NEEDS to provide Jason with the file (on a memory stick or via e-mail) by TOMORROW (TUESDAY, NOV. 3RD).
3. Sound check: Any groups that require a sound check (ex. for musical instruments, microphones, etc.) will need to arrive at Sutherland hall at 6pm on Wednesday unless it is arranged otherwise.  It would also be nice if you could let Jason know that you plan to show up for a soundcheck.
